Digital Product License & Anti-Redistribution Notice

This Digital Product License & Anti-Redistribution Notice applies to all downloads, templates, coaching PDFs, digital programs, AI strategy frameworks, content calendars, training systems, and any other intellectual property purchased or accessed through alexsalytchev.ca.

License Type: Single-User, Non-Transferable

When you purchase or access a digital product from alexsalytchev.ca, you are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the product for your own individual use only.

You may NOT:

  • Share, distribute, or transfer the product to others (free or paid)

  • Upload any content from purchased products to public drives, file-sharing platforms, or group chats

  • Resell, sublicense, or include product content inside your own paid offerings or membership groups

  • Claim authorship or create derivative works based on the products for commercial redistribution

Permitted Use

You may:

  • Download the content for your personal reference

  • Print materials for your individual training, planning, or strategy development

  • Implement strategies within your own business, brand, fitness journey, or social media system

  • Reference frameworks with credit ("Strategy reference: Alex Salytchev or alexsalytchev.ca")

Intellectual Property Notice

All digital products, including but not limited to PDFs, templates, coaching systems, AI prompts, frameworks, video modules, and strategic breakdowns, are intellectual property of Alex Salytchev and are protected under Canadian copyright legislation and international IP law.

Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of access with no refund and may lead to civil copyright enforcement.

Non-Refundable Digital Goods

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless a download or access error has occurred that can be verified and resolved.

Chargebacks filed through Stripe or any payment processor for validly delivered products will result in permanent account ban and revocation of all digital licenses.

Commercial Use Clause

If you wish to:

  • Use any product in a group coaching setting

  • Teach or resell any modified version of the frameworks

  • Offer templates as part of a paid service

  • License content inside your own membership or course

Security & Watermarking Notice

To protect against unauthorized distribution:

  • Certain products may include digital watermarking or hidden license markers

  • Download access is monitored per IP and tied to your email at checkout

  • Unusual access or multiple download attempts may trigger automatic suspension

Acknowledgement

By purchasing or accessing any digital product through alexsalytchev.ca, you acknowledge that:

  • You are receiving a personal-use license only

  • Redistribution, sharing, or reselling is strictly prohibited

  • Violation of these terms may lead to legal enforcement
