Inside My Process: Story, Systems & Selected Work

Undergraduate Studies at Western University

As a four-year varsity student-athlete, my time at Western University played a pivotal role in shaping who I am today. Balancing the rigorous Politics and International Relations program with competing for Canada’s #1 ranked football program challenged me to constantly grow both mentally and physically. I graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations.

These experiences have been instrumental in shaping the person I am today, equipping me with resilience, adaptability, and the drive to create impactful change. I leave Western University with a legacy of: 2x Yates Cup OUA Champion, Uteck Bowl Champion, Mitchel Bowl Champion, and Vanier Cup National Champion, and a recipient of the Bronze W Award.

Art Basel Miami Art Week

SLS Hotels & Residences
Miami, Florida, USA

In Q4 2021, I led my newly founded Figital Inc team to participate at NFT BAZL’s exclusive event during Art Basel Week in Miami. Our booth became one of the most sought-after highlights, thanks to meticulous planning and effective networking strategies. This success not only enhanced my Toronto based startup’s client acquisition efforts in the United States, but also spotlighted my ability to build new relationships and pursue other events around the world.

Key Contributions:

  • Managed a high-performing team to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Fostered connections with high-value clients and collaborators, driving brand visibility and future opportunities.

  • Facilitated booth operations, attracting a steady flow of attendees and solidifying our presence as an integral part of the event.

This event marked a pivotal moment in my professional growth, as our successful participation led to an invitation to represent Figital at NFT BAZL’s subsequent event in the Kingdom of Bahrain in Q1 2022. This milestone highlights my capacity to deliver results in high-pressure, international settings while driving meaningful business outcomes.

NFT MENA Bahrain Grand Prix Formula 1

Ritz Carlton Hotel
Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain

In Q1 2022, I had the privilege of representing Figital Inc at another one of NFT BAZL’s exclusive events, this time in the Middle East. This event served as a pivotal platform for continuing my startup’s international networking efforts with various venture capitalists, influential individuals from the Middle East and North Africa, and esteemed members of Bahrain’s royal family.

Key Contributions:

  • I oversaw marketing and project management strategies while focusing on brand storytelling for my newly founded startup. Also coordinated with event staff to ensure flawless execution.

  • Collaborated with my team to conceptualize and execute the creation of a futuristic virtual reality (VR) racing game, featuring F1-inspired hovercrafts that blend art, technology, and innovation.

  • Ensured prospective customers could fully engage with my brand by allowing spectators to experience our innovative tech first hand powered by Oculus Quest headsets.

  • I networked with several high profile entrepreneurs, executives, and other businesses at this event to continue growing Figital’s brand and future opportunities.

Our efforts culminated in significant recognition from the local press as Sheikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s Minister of the Arts, declared our F1 art exhibit his personal favourite.

Through this event, I was able to create relationships with key event stakeholders, explore new venture opportunities in the Middle East and the North Africa region, and showcased Figital as a new emerging leader in cutting-edge phygital experiences. This solidified my vision of combining the physical world and the digital world, while providing a new form of exclusivity in order to create meaningful connections with high-profile audiences worldwide.

New Leadership with Figital

Financial District
Toronto, Ontario, Canada

After two successful international ventures in Miami and in Bahrain, the Figital Inc team embraced a transformative vision for the future. Myself and two of my business partners stepped into new senior leadership roles, guiding the company through a pivotal restructuring. Recognizing the potential of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the changing needs of global businesses due to socio-economic challenges, we decided to expand beyond blockchain and digital marketing to establish Figital Inc as a fully functional consulting firm.

Our evolution was driven by various research and development principles to ensure a modernized strategic and systematic approach to addressing challenges and fostering innovation.

This has helped me grow significantly as I now employ tools to help clients pinpoint the right problems, whether it's optimizing workflows, refining customer experiences, or identifying market gaps and opportunities. In general, this restructure has allowed me to take a holistic view of my client’s operations in order to uncover hidden inefficiencies and untapped opportunities, just like Figital Inc. From here, our team excels in generating and refining diverse, original solutions tailored to meet unique challenges. We guide our clients in evaluating which ideas will deliver the greatest value and align with their long-term goals, while doing our best to bring the best ideas to life.

Providing hands-on support to execute strategies allows us to measure results effectively, and since 2022, Figital Inc has become a trusted partner for our network of international entrepreneurs and businesses, helping them enhance their systems, workflows, and overall operations to achieve meaningful results.

Stay tuned for 2025, when we will unveil our official public rebrand and a renewed commitment to transforming the way businesses approach innovation. At Figital Inc, we’re dedicated to building a future where creativity, technology, and strategy converge to drive success.
